RE/MAX Gold Coast proudly employs a transaction management team to best serve our agents.  Our transaction coordinators are trained in the latest management system, Transaction Rooms by, a premier online management portal.  Our Transaction Coordinators are available in the Ventura, Camarillo, and Oxnard locations and can assist in both residential and commercial. 

 

Here are just a few tasks our Transaction Coordinators can help with!

  • Create a Transaction Rooms file

  • Upload contracts into Transaction Rooms and advise on outstanding documents 

  • Process all disclosures for the real estate Broker file using the purchase checklist

  • Communicating with the Agent about the status of the file

  • Follow up on escrow status

  • Following up on contingencies and contingency removal

  • Follow up on all paperwork for the file and complete the file

  • Turn in the Broker file for final review and release of Agent commission check

  • Add closing documents to USB for Client (upon request)
