Our Transaction Coordinators are available in Ventura and Camarillo. They can assist in both residential and commercial.

Create a Transaction Rooms file
Upload contracts into Transaction Rooms and advise on outstanding documents
Process all disclosures for the real estate Broker file using the purchase checklist
Communicating with the Agent about the status of the file
Follow up on escrow status
Following up on contingencies and contingency removal
Follow up on all paperwork for the file and complete the file
Turn in the Broker file for final review and release of Agent commission check
Add closing documents to USB for Client (upon request)
