DAY 1 : ORDER BUSINESS CARDS & SIGNS, LEARN THE OFFICE
It is crucial that your clients know where you are and how to contact you. We will have business cards ordered. During the first day learn about the amenities available in the office. Tour the office and meet our support staff.
DAY 2 : LEARN HOW TO USE OUR OFFICE SYSTEMS
Our Admin staff is top-notch. Whichever office you primarily decide to work out of, you'll learn the key office systems necessary in order to progress. Please contact our IT Director at 805-390-2667 to set up your print drivers, access various offices, etc.
DAY 3 : DETERMINE STRATEGY TO ANNOUNCE NEWS AND CHANGES TO CLIENTS
You and your clients are our top priority. We will work with you to create a tailored communication strategy to inform your clients of the changes you've made in your business and the benefits they can expect working with RE/MAX. DAY 5 : SETUP YOUR RE/MAX PROFILE
Look for an email from RE/MAX LLC with the subject line “ Welcome to RE/MAX Max Center.
Set-up your login to max center. You will also create your new @remax.net email.
Once logged in go to RE/MAX University
Open RE/MAX University
Go to LEARNING TRACKS
Then select “NEW to RE/MAX” Watch this video and pause and start when needed.

DAY 6 : TECHNOLOGY & BRANDING SETUP
Your online reputation, presence, and branding are all essential components in today's real estate market. Ensuring your clients can not only find you online but can find positive information, your biography, and past sales, among other useful details, is critical.

DAY 7 : MEET TO DISCUSS BUSINESS PLAN & GOALS
RE/MAX Gold Coast is a goal-oriented environment. We want you to reach your utmost potential and that starts with an excellent business plan and strategic goals.

DAY 10 : GO THROUGH OFFICE PROCEDURES AND FORMS

DAY 15 : PUBLIC RELATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS TO CLIENTS & SPHERE
Contact us to share the PR and marketing collateral created to send out to your client base and sphere. DAY 20 : TECHNOLOGY TRAINING
Technology in real estate continues to advance at a fast pace. In this training, we will discuss the most important topics pertaining to your growth. CRMs, internet leads, Circlepix, Transaction Rooms, and Docusign, among other tools are all on the table.
